For other women that struggle with self change and how to begin that transformation, what advice or encouragement would you give them?
It’s ok to be outside of your comfort zone. It means you are trying. Also, do thinks one step at a time. If you are always looking at the big picture you’ll talk yourself out of progress.
Looking back into your past do you see yourself as a before and after or an ongoing change?
Ongoing. Everyone can benefit from change.
Do you have self doubt and how do you handle those negative thoughts/feelings?
All the time. It’s what makes us human. I usually talk it out with my friends or boyfriend and that usually makes me realize I’m being silly.

Take it one step at a time. Don’t give up. Stop comparing yourself to others because you are good enough!

I’m currently trying to get back in to shape. It’s a tough process. I have the meal prep down, just need to form a habit on the working out side.
